Well, it's finally happened...

I am officially an uncomfortable pregnant woman.

It's amazing how quickly this just 'turned on'. One minute on Monday, I'm fine then at around 3p, the uncomfortable gene kicked in. Everything ached, it hurts to sit, it hurts to stand or walk, and this overall feeling of uncomfort makes my gut instinct question whether or not this child will wait until his "official" due date. But again, he could be on time and I'm just experiencing symptoms that every pregnant person experiences with only 5 1/2 weeks to go.

Guess we just have to wait and see... but man, I don't know how women deal with an entire pregnancy of pain, discomfort and uncomfort because experiencing this for 9 months would be torture. And I can see how if this is how women feel towards the end that they would have the thought of "okay, enough already - just let the baby get here"

We'll check with the doctor at this weeks' appointment and see what the doctor has to say about the lastest symptoms.
