Dr. Appt Update...

We had our 30 wk Dr Appt today. It was a very quick one, which means that everything is progressing well.

I saw Dr. E again today, I really like her. My weight & bloodpressure were checked and are fine. Dr. E is happy with my progress on the weight & how my bloodpressure has been but personally I'd like to be 3 lbs lower just so I'd be right on target. But if the Dr. is happy then I should be okay with it. Plus, it really is all in my belly & chest, nothing else is swollen or bigger. In fact, I had someone yesterday not believe that I was 7 months pregnant. They said if you looked at me directly, they would never know and from the side they thought I was 5/6 months. I'll take that as a compliment.

She asked about the Stress Test and I explained what happened. She laughed and said "I guess she just wanted to err on the side of caution, but everything looks great". She explained that the results from my glucose test also looked really good and there was nothing to be concerned about there. We listened to his heartbeat (approx 148) and then she measured my belly. She says I'm growing right on target.

She told me that for my nosebleeds & dry nose to rub some vasoline inside a few times a day so we'll see how that works.

Overall a great appointment. My next appointment is with Dr. J (the one who called for the NST, so I'll know to keep movement conversations to a minimum) as Dr. E is on call that whole week. I wonder if I can find out who is going to be on call in March - but then again I don't know if he's going to show up when expected.
